各位平安，我們今天一起來讀《路加福音》第21章。

這一章的主軸，講的是「基督徒的生活原則」——從寡婦奉獻的信心開始，到耶穌預言耶路撒冷的毀滅，再一直講到末世與主再來的日子。這是一章非常重要的經文，為我們信仰的生活提供了清晰的指引。我們就從頭來看起。

關於奉獻的教導

這段故事的主角不是富人，而是一位默默無名的寡婦。當富人們投下大筆金錢時，耶穌卻沒有特別稱讚他們，反而點名稱讚了這位只獻上兩個小錢的寡婦。

因為她所投下的，不是金額的大小，而是信心的深度。

她奉獻的是她「一切養生的」，我們可以從這裡學到兩個非常寶貴的原則：

1. 真正的奉獻是出於甘心樂意

這位寡婦沒有名字、沒留下任何自我介紹，但她留下了榜樣。她不是為了被看見才奉獻，她沒有求人的稱讚，沒有抱怨、也沒有後悔。這樣的奉獻，正是信仰中最動人的表現。

2. 真正的犧牲，是在你自己不覺得犧牲的時候

富人們的奉獻是他們計算過後的餘額——九牛一毛。而寡婦的奉獻，是她毫無保留的信心。當我們覺得自己「很犧牲」的時候，其實往往內心還留著「計算」。但當別人都為你擔心，而你自己卻樂在其中，那麼很可能，你已經把信仰的價值放在自己利益之上了。在我們信仰的生活中，這就是耶穌要我們學習的態度：不是看外在的數字或行為，而是看內在的信心與心態。當我們願意這樣奉獻時，不只是金錢上的奉獻，更是我們整個生命的交托與敬拜。

接下來耶穌這一段預言裡有蘊含主的日子來了，耶路撒冷的毀壞，基督徒要面對的世代和逼迫，以及主再來的日子，以及身為基督徒在這動盪世界中應有的心態與準備。

主的日子已經來了

耶穌來到世界以後，我們的世界曆法也因祂改變了。從「BC – Before Christ」變成「AD – Anno Domini」，拉丁文意思是「主的年代」。也就是說，主的日子已經來臨，天國已經開始進入人間的歷史。這不是一個抽象的概念，而是一個具體的事實——主已經來到我們中間，我們也活在祂的主權與計劃當中。

耶路撒冷的毀壞（v.20 之後）

從第20節開始，耶穌預言了耶路撒冷將被圍困與徹底摧毀。這個預言在主後70年應驗，羅馬大軍攻破耶路撒冷，將整座城與聖殿幾乎夷為平地，正如經文中所說的「沒有一塊石頭會留在石頭上」。

基督徒將面對逼迫（v.12–19）

耶穌也提醒我們，在主的日子裡，基督徒會面對逼迫與挑戰：你會被帶到官府、會堂，甚至你最親密的人——父母、兄弟、朋友，也可能會背叛你。這在初代教會是極真實的情況。在羅馬帝國的頭三百年，信耶穌是會被判死刑的，許多基督徒因信仰殉道，家人也可能成為迫害者。

耶穌在這裡給我們的提醒是：你不需要預先想好要怎麼答辯，因為在那個時候，神會賜下口才與智慧，讓你說出仇敵都無法反駁的話語。

祂沒有說逼迫不會來，但祂應許在逼迫中祂會與我們同在，給我們力量。

假基督與末日猜測（v.8–9）

耶穌清楚預告，將有許多假先知、假基督出現，聲稱「基督在這裡、基督在那裡」，也會有人自稱知道世界末日是哪一天。

不要信。也不要猜。

在《馬太福音》24章耶穌就說過：「那日子沒有人知道，連子也不說，只有父知道。」所以任何人想預測世界末日的，基本上都已經錯了方向。基督徒不是去猜時間的人，而是預備自己、活在光明中的人。做那警醒的僕人，讓主人來的時候看到你依然警醒，就有福了。

關鍵提醒：謹慎生活（v.34）

重點來了，第34節是整段經文的核心：

「你們要謹慎，恐怕因貪食、醉酒，並今生的思慮累住你們的心，那日子就如同網羅忽然臨到你們。」

這裡提醒我們，主的日子不是叫你去預測，而是叫你時刻預備。不是叫你去焦慮末日，而是要你警醒每一天的生活。

AMP 英文版的翻譯更細緻地這樣說：

“But be on guard, so that your hearts are not weighed down and depressed with the giddiness of debauchery and the nausea of self-indulgence and the worldly worries of life…”

第一段 Your hearts are not weighed down and depressed with the giddiness of debauchery. 這句話是說不要讓你們的 “心” 被1 . 放蕩的暈眩重壓，以至於低落。

第二段 The Nausea of self indulgence。不讓自我放縱讓你們感到噁心。

第三段 The world worries of life 世俗的，今生的憂慮。耶穌在這裡提醒我們，在末後的世代，會有三件事特別容易壓傷人的心——那就是道德的敗壞、自我放縱、和今生的憂慮。

你若看看今天的社會，不正是這樣嗎？道德敗壞不再被視為可恥，反倒在網路上變成了一種“流量”的工具。所謂的網紅文化所鼓吹的，常常不是敬虔與美德，而是金錢至上、外貌主義、自我中心。我們看到的是放蕩的生活方式、極度的自我崇拜、甚至是沉淪與墮落。

而這些事情，看起來光鮮亮麗，實際上卻讓人心靈枯竭，最終帶來的結果是什麼呢？是憂鬱，是自卑，是無止盡的比較，是“我是不是人生最失敗的人”這樣的低落感。

我們活在一個用“濾鏡”構成的世界，人們只展示最好的一面——美貌、財富、度假、成就，而你看著看著，就覺得自己一無是處。弟兄姊妹，這是個謊言。因為每個人其實都有困難、有挑戰，沒有人例外。問題是，你選擇用什麼眼光看待自己的人生？

我們不是被召來追求虛假的榮耀，而是要堅守聖潔的生活。就算世界笑你、看你為愚昧，但你若能在這樣的時代持守純潔與敬虔，那才是真正的剛強和智慧。

耶穌在第36節給了我們清楚的指引：

「你們要時時警醒，常常祈求，得以逃避這一切的事。」

這是主對我們的邀請：

✔ 與真理親近，靠近聖經，靠近神的話語；

✔ 常常禱告，將眼光定睛在上帝的旨意，而不是世界的潮流；

✔ 不要再去比較別人怎麼樣，而是問——主啊，你要我做什麼？

你若知道，有一位愛你到為你上十字架的耶穌，那麼，你的身份就不再由這個世界來定義。你不需要靠“成功”來證明自己，你也不需要靠“外表”來得到認同。你不是再繼續去看別人，而是定睛在那愛你的主身上。

願我們在這樣的世代裡，仍能持守聖潔、活出榮耀神的生命，直到主再來的那日。

今日屬靈反思

弟兄姊妹，這段經文提醒我們三件重要的事：

主的日子已經來臨，我們活在一個有神主權的世界中。逼迫與挑戰不會少，但神會賜下同在與力量。
那日子沒有人知道，所以你也不要去信任何人告訴你那日子什麼時候來。
不要沉迷於世界，保持警醒，過一個對齊真理的生活。

這不是一段讓人恐懼的經文，而是一段讓人警醒與鼓舞的話語。主耶穌再來的日子近了，讓我們預備好自己的生命，迎見榮耀的王。

Peace be with you, dear brothers and sisters.Today we are reading Luke chapter 21 together.

This chapter is centered on "principles for Christian living"—starting with the widow’s offering of faith, followed by Jesus’ prophecy about the destruction of Jerusalem, and continuing on to the end times and the return of Christ. It’s a powerful and foundational passage that gives us clear guidance for how to live as followers of Jesus. Let’s walk through it from the beginning.

Part 1: The Teaching on Giving

The focus here isn’t on the wealthy donors—but on an unnamed widow who gave just two small coins. While the rich gave large amounts, Jesus didn’t commend them. Instead, He highlighted this widow’s humble offering, which captured not the amount, but the depth of her faith.

She gave “all she had to live on.”From this, we learn two essential principles:

True offering flows from a willing heart.This widow gave quietly, without drawing attention. She didn’t seek praise or recognition. Her gift came from sincerity and love for God—not obligation.
True sacrifice is when you don’t feel you’re sacrificing.The rich gave what they wouldn’t miss. But the widow gave without reservation.Often, when we feel like we’re sacrificing, it’s because we’re still calculating. But when others worry for you and you feel joyful in giving, you’ve placed your faith above your self-interest.

This is what Jesus wants us to learn: It’s not about outward acts or numbers, but the attitude of the heart. When we give like this—not just our money, but our whole lives—we are offering true worship to God.

Part 2: Jesus’ Prophecies and Warnings

Jesus continues with prophecies about:

The coming of the Lord’s day
The destruction of Jerusalem
Persecution for Christians
The return of Christ
And how we should live in a world full of uncertainty

The Lord’s Day Has Already Come

Since Jesus came into the world, even our calendar changed—from BC (Before Christ) to AD (Anno Domini), meaning “In the year of the Lord.”The kingdom of God has already entered human history. This is not an abstract idea—it’s a living reality. We now live under God’s reign and plan.

The Destruction of Jerusalem (v.20 onward)

Starting in verse 20, Jesus foretells the destruction of Jerusalem. This prophecy was fulfilled in AD 70, when Roman armies completely destroyed the city and temple—just as Jesus said, “Not one stone will be left on another.”

Christians Will Face Persecution (v.12–19)

Jesus warns that believers will be handed over to synagogues and authorities. Even family and friends may betray you.This was true in the early church—during the first 300 years under the Roman Empire, being a Christian could cost your life.

But Jesus says:“Do not worry about what to say.”He promises to give us words and wisdom that our enemies cannot resist or contradict.He never said persecution wouldn’t come—but He promised that He would be with us in it.

False Christs & End-Times Speculations (v.8–9)

Jesus clearly warned us that false prophets and false Christs will appear, claiming, “Christ is here! Christ is there!”

Don’t believe them. And don’t try to predict the end.In Matthew 24, Jesus said:“No one knows the day or the hour—not even the Son—only the Father.”

So anyone trying to predict the end times is already missing the point.Christians aren’t called to guess the date.We’re called to live ready—to be the faithful servant, awake and alert when the Master returns.

The Key Reminder: Live Alert (v.34)

Verse 34 is the core of this chapter:

“Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you suddenly like a trap.”

The AMP version puts it like this:

“But be on guard, so that your hearts are not weighed down and depressed with the giddiness of debauchery, the nausea of self-indulgence, and the worldly worries of life…”

Three specific dangers are mentioned:

Moral corruption – The dizziness of indulgence that leads to spiritual disorientation.
Self-indulgence – Excess and unhealthy pleasures that make your soul sick.
Worries of this life – The anxiety and heaviness from chasing what the world values.

Doesn’t that sound like today’s world?

We live in a time where moral collapse is not just tolerated but even celebrated online.Influencer culture pushes greed, vanity, and self-worship. But these glamorous facades often hide empty hearts—leading to anxiety, depression, and hopeless comparison.

We see only the filtered highlights of others’ lives—success, wealth, beauty—while feeling like we’re falling behind. But it’s all a lie.

The truth is: Everyone has struggles. Everyone has battles.What matters is: Whose voice are you listening to?

Jesus says in verse 36:

“Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen.”

Jesus Invites Us To:

✔ Stay close to the Word – let truth anchor your thoughts✔ Pray continually – align your heart with God’s will, not worldly trends✔ Stop comparing – instead, ask: “Lord, what do You want me to do?”

If you know that Jesus loved you enough to die for you, then your identity isn’t defined by success or appearance.You don’t need validation from the world—you already have the love of Christ.

Spiritual Reflection:

This chapter leaves us with three core reminders:

The Lord’s day has already come. We live under God’s sovereignty, even in trials.
No one knows the time— don’t waste time guessing or following false prophets.
Stay alert, live wisely, and walk in truth.

This is not a message of fear, but one of hope, courage, and readiness.Jesus is coming again—let us live with faith, purity, and purpose as we await our King.
