各位平安，今天我們要一起來讀《路加福音》第12章1到34節。這段經文當中有非常寶貴的教導，特別是關於財富和理財的觀念，等一下我會跟大家分享。
不過在開始之前，我們先來看一段大家常常覺得難以理解的經文，就是第10節：「凡說話干犯人子的，還可得赦免；惟獨褻瀆聖靈的，總不得赦免。」
這句話常常會讓人疑惑：什麼意思呢？難道得罪聖靈比得罪耶穌還嚴重嗎？難道聖靈的地位比耶穌高嗎？這裡的重點不是地位的高低，而是指「拒絕真理」這件事。耶穌在世的時候，有些人對祂還不完全了解，說錯話、甚至反對祂，這是因為人有限，還有機會悔改、認識祂而得到赦免。
我們都知道，瞎眼是一件很可憐的事情，但你知道嗎？對約翰·牛頓（John Newton）——就是寫出《奇異恩典》（Amazing Grace）這首詩歌的作者來說，在詩歌裡面有一句話：「瞎眼今得看見。」你知道嗎？當他寫這句歌詞的時候，他的肉體的眼睛其實是已經瞎掉的。那麼，他在說什麼呢？他在講的是，他年輕時當奴隸船船長的時候，他的眼睛是好的，但他的心是瞎的。他看得見，卻看不見人性、看不見上帝的旨意、看不見自己在做多麼殘酷的事情。
反而是在他晚年、眼睛瞎了之後，他才真的「看見」了。他心裡明白過來，他才知道什麼叫真正的看見——不是肉眼的視力，而是內心的光亮，是靈裡的開啟，是你終於聽見聖靈的聲音，知道什麼是對的、什麼是錯的，願意悔改、回轉向神。
而所謂「褻瀆聖靈」的意思就是，當聖靈不斷感動你、提醒你，而你卻選擇關上心門、拒絕祂、硬著心走自己的路，最後就成了「視而不見」。耶穌說，這樣的人不能被赦免，並不是因為神不願意赦免，而是因為你自己拒絕了唯一能救你的機會。當你拒絕聖靈到最後一刻，你就是選擇了不接受救恩。
所以弟兄姊妹，真正的看見，是心眼被打開；真正可怕的盲目，是心靈關閉、不願意聽上帝的話。願我們都能夠敏銳地聽見聖靈的聲音，讓我們不只是「看見」，而是「真正看見」。
接下來，我們來看到耶穌講到關於財富的教導。第15節是一句非常重要的話，祂說：「你們要謹慎，免去一切的貪心，因為人的生命不在乎家道豐富。」
在這裡，我們要特別注意，耶穌說的不是要你過貧窮的生活，而是提醒我們——生命的價值不在於你積累了多少財富。耶穌講的是「免去貪心」，祂不是要你否定金錢，而是提醒你，不要讓貪心佔據你的心。
第21節更清楚說到：「這就是那些只為自己積財，在上帝面前卻不富足的人。」換句話說，你心裡如果只有錢財，只顧著自己賺錢、積蓄，而完全沒有上帝，那麼你其實是最可憐的。就算你帳戶裡有再多的錢，你的生命還是空虛的，因為你錯過了真正能拯救靈魂、帶來永恆價值的那位上帝。
但是，弟兄姊妹，這也不表示你要故意過得很窮才是屬靈。很多人以為要討神喜悅，就要放棄金錢、不理財、清心寡慾。這是不必要的。就像我常在理財分享中說的，上帝是我們的主人，金錢是我們的僕人。如果這個位置擺對了，你就可以同時擁有豐盛的信仰和富足的生活。重點是，你知道哪一件事才是最重要的。
接下來第22節開始，耶穌講到「不要為衣食憂慮」。這段經文有時候也會被誤解，好像在說：不要工作，什麼都交給上帝就好了。但事實上不是這樣的。耶穌說的是——不要憂慮，並不是叫你什麼都不做。
傳道書三章12節說得很好：「我知道世人，莫強如終身喜樂行善，並且人人在他一切勞碌中享福，這也是神的恩賜。」你看見了嗎？「在勞碌中享福」，也就是說，你該工作就工作，該努力就努力。你努力過後，不需要焦慮，因為結果在神的手裡。
上帝沒有叫你什麼都不做，躺在那裡等著祂來供應。祂要的是我們在各自的位置上努力、勞碌、行善，然後在這當中，因著祂的恩典去享受這一切。
基督徒的生活，是一個積極的生活，是不斷自我成長、不斷努力、不斷去活出見證的生活。我們所追求的「豐盛」，不只是物質，而是屬靈的豐盛，是心靈的滿足，是一個有意義、有價值的生命。
弟兄姊妹，當我們懂得這個順序，把神放在第一，把錢財當作工具，我們就能活出上帝要給我們的自由與豐盛。我們也理當努力工作，盡力去貢獻我們自己一切的才能和能力。馬丁路德曾經提出一個非常好的觀點，叫做「兩個國度論（Two Kingdoms）」，這個觀點非常適合基督徒來思考。
意思就是，我們同時屬於天國，也屬於地上的國度。我們在屬天的身份上，已經是神國的子民，我們知道未來要進入天國，那是上帝賜給我們的恩典。但同時，我們現在活在地上，就代表我們在這地上有一份責任。
上帝會透過我們，在我們的工作崗位上、在我們的角色裡面，來執行祂的旨意。比如說，警察、軍人、法官，是上帝用來執行公義的工具；農夫、食品製造業者，是上帝用來餵飽世人的手；老師、教授、學校，是上帝用來教導、塑造下一代的重要角色。
所以弟兄姊妹，我們每一個人既是天國的國民，同時也是地上國度的一份子。我們應該為這個世界付出我們的努力、才能、和智慧。因為這個世界，本來也是屬於上帝的。
當你賺取金錢時，不需要感到羞愧。那是你應該得的。連保羅都說過：「工人得工價，是應當的。」當你付出勞力、智慧、能力，你理所當然應該得到那份養生所用的收入和報酬。
所以，當你合理地、正當地用你的專業和能力去賺取金錢時，你可以心安理得地去使用它，因為這是上帝所許可、所祝福的。而我們每個人，都需要好好經營自己的生活，並且透過我們的角色，榮耀神。

Peace to you all. Today, we will read Luke 12:1–34 together. This passage contains some very precious teachings, especially on the topics of wealth and financial stewardship, which I’ll be sharing with you shortly.
But before that, let’s look at a part of Scripture that many people find difficult to understand — verse 10:“Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.”
This often causes confusion. What does it mean? Is offending the Holy Spirit more serious than offending Jesus? Is the Holy Spirit higher in rank than Jesus?The point here is not about rank or hierarchy, but about the rejection of truth.
When Jesus was on earth, some people didn’t fully understand Him. They spoke against Him or even opposed Him — but that was because of human limitations, and there was still room for repentance, for coming to know Him and receiving forgiveness.
We all know that physical blindness is tragic. But did you know that John Newton — the author of the hymn Amazing Grace — wrote the line, “Was blind, but now I see,” at a time when his physical eyesight was already failing?What was he talking about? He was referring to the time when he was the captain of a slave ship. His eyes worked fine, but his heart was blind. He could physically see, but he couldn’t see human dignity, he couldn’t see God’s will, and he couldn’t see how cruel his actions were.Ironically, it was after he lost his physical sight later in life that he truly “saw.” His heart was opened, and he finally understood what it meant to truly see — not with his eyes, but with his heart and spirit, awakened by the Holy Spirit to know right from wrong and turn back to God.
Blaspheming the Holy Spirit means that when the Holy Spirit keeps prompting, reminding, and calling to you, but you keep closing your heart, refusing to listen, stubbornly walking your own path — you eventually become spiritually blind, seeing yet not seeing.Jesus said that person will not be forgiven — not because God is unwilling to forgive, but because that person has rejected the only means of salvation.When you reject the prompting of the Holy Spirit all the way to your final breath, you’ve ultimately chosen not to receive God’s salvation.
Brothers and sisters, true sight is when the eyes of your heart are opened.The most dangerous blindness is when your heart is closed and unwilling to listen to God’s voice.May we all be sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit so that we don’t just “see” but truly “see.”
Next, let’s look at Jesus’ teaching on wealth.Verse 15 is a very important verse. Jesus said:“Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions.”
We need to pay special attention here. Jesus isn’t telling us to live in poverty — He’s reminding us that the value of life does not lie in how much wealth we accumulate.Jesus’ focus is on “guarding against greed.” He’s not asking us to reject money, but warning us not to let greed take over our hearts.
Verse 21 goes on to say:“This is how it will be with whoever stores up things for themselves but is not rich toward God.”In other words, if your heart is only focused on money — only on earning and saving for yourself with no room for God — then you are actually very poor.Even if your bank account is full, your soul will feel empty because you’ve missed out on the only One who can save your soul and bring eternal value.
But brothers and sisters, this does not mean that you need to live in poverty to be spiritual.Many people think that in order to please God, they must give up money, stop managing finances, and live with very little. That’s unnecessary.As I often say in my financial stewardship teachings: God is our Master, and money is our servant. If we get that order right, we can have both a rich spiritual life and a materially blessed life.The key is knowing what is most important.
Starting from verse 22, Jesus talks about not worrying about what you will eat or wear.This passage is sometimes misunderstood, as if Jesus is saying, “Don’t work, just leave everything to God.” But that’s not what He means.Jesus says: don’t worry — but that doesn’t mean don’t do anything.
Ecclesiastes 3:12 puts it beautifully:“I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and do good while they live. That each of them may eat and drink and find satisfaction in all their toil — this is the gift of God.”
Did you notice that? “Find satisfaction in all their toil.”That means: work hard, do your part. And after you’ve done your best, don’t worry — the outcome is in God’s hands.
God didn’t call us to sit idly, waiting for blessings to fall from the sky.He wants us to be diligent in our roles, to labor, to do good, and then, through His grace, enjoy the fruits of our labor.
The Christian life is an active life — one of continuous growth, effort, and living out our testimony.The abundance we pursue is not just material wealth, but spiritual richness, heart-level fulfillment, and a life of purpose and eternal value.
Brothers and sisters, when we understand this order — putting God first and treating money as a tool — we can live out the freedom and abundance that God has prepared for us.We should also work hard and do our best to contribute all our talents and abilities.
Martin Luther once proposed a wonderful concept called the “Two Kingdoms” doctrine.It’s an excellent framework for Christians to consider.It means that we are citizens of both the Kingdom of Heaven and the earthly kingdom.
In our heavenly identity, we are already citizens of God’s Kingdom, and we know that one day we will enter that Kingdom — this is God’s grace.But at the same time, while we are still on this earth, we have responsibilities.
God works through us in our various positions and roles to accomplish His will.For example:
Police officers, soldiers, and judges are instruments of God’s justice;
Farmers and food producers are God’s hands feeding the world;
Teachers, professors, and schools are the tools God uses to teach and shape future generations.
So, brothers and sisters, we are not only citizens of heaven but also part of this earthly society.We should offer our efforts, talents, and wisdom for this world — because this world also belongs to God.
When you earn money, you don’t need to feel guilty. It’s what you deserve.Even Paul said, “The worker deserves his wages.”When you labor and use your wisdom and abilities, it’s only right that you receive the compensation for your work.
So, when you use your professional skills and talents to earn money in a proper and honest way, you can spend it with peace of mind, because it is something God allows and blesses.We each need to manage our lives well and, through our roles and responsibilities, glorify God.
